Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LookingGlass mobile application and this website (the "Service"), provided by OverHorizon AI Systems ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and coverage tiers are presented in the app at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled, and you can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current paid period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it to harass, endanger, or unlawfully surveil any individual.

5. Aircraft data

Flight and aircraft information is derived from publicly broadcast aviation data and is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and it must not be relied upon for navigation, safety, or operational decisions.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OverHorizon AI Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
